Problem:
A PSU and private oil & gas client was dependent on imported wire harnesses for a 5000 HP gas engine system driving up costs and creating critical supply chain risk.
Solution:
We reverse-engineered the harness, created full drawings and connection details, sourced domestic alternates to the same specification, and designed and manufactured 100+ harness variants entirely in-house.
Outcome:
