Electronics Manufacturing For Aerospace Applications Where Precision Is Absolute
We manufacture high-reliability PCB assemblies and wire harnesses for avionics,
ground support, and satellite applications built to the precision and traceability
standards aerospace certification demands.
What aerospace electronics manufacturing actually demands
Challenge  01
Extreme environmental operating conditions
Aerospace electronics operate across temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, at altitude with reduced atmospheric pressure, under constant vibration, and in high-radiation environments that expose any manufacturing weakness immediately.

Challenge  03
Component qualification and counterfeit risk
Aerospace programmes require components from qualified sources with full chain-of-custody documentation - counterfeit components in aerospace electronics present serious safety and liability risks that demand rigorous incoming inspection and supplier qualification.

Challenge  04
Weight and size constraints with no reliability compromise
Aerospace electronics must deliver maximum reliability in minimum space and weight requiring high-density PCB designs, fine-pitch assembly, and precise mechanical integration with no margin for rework in the field.

Standards that underpin aerospace electronics manufacturing.
IPC-A-610 Class 3
IPC-A-610 Class 3
The highest PCB workmanship standard applied as default to all aerospace builds with zero tolerance for defects that would compromise reliability in flight-critical or safety-critical applications.
AS9100 awareness
AS9100 awareness
Our manufacturing processes are structured with awareness of AS9100D aerospace quality management requirements supporting customers who require their supply chain to align with aerospace QMS standards.
ISO 9001 certified QMS
ISO 9001 certified QMS
Our ISO 9001 certified QMS provides the documented process controls, corrective action management, and continuous improvement culture that aerospace programme quality requires.
IPC-7711/7721 — Rework standards
IPC-7711/7721 — Rework standards
Rework and repair standards applied where modifications are required ensuring any rework to aerospace assemblies is performed to the same standard as original manufacture.
Why aerospace programmes choose Us
Aerospace manufacturing requires precision, discipline, and a team that treats every
assembly as if lives depend on it because they do.
IPC Class 3 as standard not a premium
Class 3 workmanship is the default for every aerospace assembly not an upgrade. Every solder joint, every inspection, every test conducted to the highest standard from day one.
Full chain-of-custody traceability
Component traceability from qualified suppliers through to finished assembly, the documentation your certification authority and quality auditors expect at every stage of the programme.
Environmental protection as a system
Conformal coating, potting, and ruggedised enclosure integration applied as a coordinated protection system not isolated steps ensuring assemblies are genuinely protected for the aerospace operating envelope.
High-density BGA assembly capability
Fine-pitch and BGA assembly with 100% X-ray verification, the capability modern avionics and aerospace electronics require as designs push density and performance boundaries
Rigorous incoming inspection
All aerospace programme components inspected on receipt verifying authenticity, compliance, and condition before any component enters the build. Counterfeit risk mitigated from the first step.
25+ years of high-reliability manufacturing
The process discipline, quality culture, and technical depth that aerospace demands is built into how we operate not something we apply selectively when an aerospace customer arrives.

Avionics PCB assembly programme — zero failures through qualification testing and deployment
Problem
An avionics OEM needed IPC Class 3 PCB assemblies for a navigation module requiring fine-pitch BGA assembly, conformal coating, full component traceability, and thermal cycling validation to support certification submission.
Solution
We configured a dedicated line with 100% X-ray on all BGA joints, automated conformal coating, thermal cycling testing, and full chain-of-custody documentation with FAI reports and process validation records delivered with the first production batch.
Outcome
Zero failures through qualification testing. Certification documentation accepted first submission. Programme continued with JINST for subsequent platform variants.
0 qualification failures · certification accepted · programme extended
